The amount of time required to reach your destination is the customer’s responsibility. We do advise on pick up time but cannot be held responsible if something beyond our control delays arrival . Any costs incurred as a result of such an event will be the customers liability.
In the unlikely event that Nationwide Cars make a mistake and, as a direct result of this, you miss your flight / train etc. we will refund you the 50% amount of the taxi fare but we will not be liable for any other costs incurred.
When picking up from any airport Nationwide Cars will enter the car park to meet you 30 minutes after landing . After one hour Nationwide cars Cars - will be charging waiting time of £7 every 15 minutes.
If you are booking a car to pick you up from outside the 10 miles radius of Reading ( discretion of the owner / office ) The fare will have to be paid in advance - to serve as a deposit.
